Wouldn't a Tetris race be the first to score 999999? (or whatever the max is)

 

Most people can't do that

 

So, more discussion with the group and here's what we've concluded for WTFStory:

WTF Story, latest version, Normal WTF (Not Easy of course). WE DO THE WHOLE MOD, just get to the end as quick as you can - the winner is the person who gets to the end first.

We'll be having this race on: Friday, 5PM PST/ 8PM PST/ 7PM CST

Go practice and make your crappy 2x Res self-inserts along with Portrait edits and injokes.

 

or you could just cross off the facepics

Ok so i got my hatty hattington ready to race in his beautiful blocky shape he is in

 

Still making my Terri sprites for WTF. Also, I'll be test streaming tomorrow, hoping that XSplit will work better for me than how it did on Sunday.

 

Sounds interesting, I might take a swing at this some time. Sadly, I have never played WTF Story, so I have no clue what would be going on. As for the Skype Group and getting a set-up ready, how would one do this? I'm not a member of the Skype group, and don't know what program to use, but I could possibly record it and send the video file in while at the same time, be in the Skype call.

 

You don't have to be in the skype call, though it is preferred.
If you send a video and a time on this thread then our editor will edit it into the video.
...hopefully.

 

Wish I could finish my play through, but probably won't finish in time to know how to not suck at it.

the race is today oh god I must practice. How is everyone else doing?

 

I practiced Chapters 1 and 2 yesterday (goddamn, that Tetris part needed memorization), Chapter 3 I can pretty much do okay, I'll be slowed down on Chapters 4 and 5. But overall, I should be fine (and this time luckily, no lag).

Here is the stream. I have it set up so you'll see my game + the audio, as well as the entirety of the group call when we start that. For now, though, I'm just doing some practice junk, so come over if you want to talk with me through the chat or help scout for stream errors.

Well the main obstacle to that is that I'm on DSL and I can't exactly stream video and audio with 148kb/s
