I won't be downloading this because it seems pretty suspicious, If I get a couple screenshots of the mod so I know it's not just a virus I would be more comfortable with this. Also, the Data folder is required, as it's the thing that has the actual sprites and level files.

Supposed inability to use files such as .zips and yet he somehow managed to download one of the Cave Story editors and do coding, or at the very least knew how to change .pbm to .bmp in order to change tiles or SOMETHING.

This is incredibly suspicious.

 

Managed to get pretty far, but you use a lot more spikes than necessary. The second big map was really good though, lots of neat edits.
