SO, I needed them, and the only way to get them is to download some program on the tribute site that nobody really uses, and I thought to myself:
"Fuck that, am I right?"

So here.

That's all.

I can't believe it took this long. Thank you so much.
Although you probably should have put this in the Music subforum.

EDIT: Well gosh, that was fixed quickly.

It's actually already been done, but for some reason it's very inaccessible.
That version also comes with a .txt that says which japanese name = which amurcan name (anzen = access eg)

So I assumed incorrectly.
Well then this thread seems awfully pointless now:D

If you're as awesome as I am, you can just use reshack to extract all the orgs as binary files at once, and then write a program to properly rename all the files.

Is there any way to make that program nice and efficient?

Umm... isn't it pretty efficient by default? I mean, it's just O(n) where n is the number of orgs.

Well it probably takes slightly longer to write the program than to manually rename all the files, but you just have to write the program once, and then you can use it on any cave story mod or cave story itself.

(well, unless you're a doofus like me, and wrote the program in unregistered Liberty BASIC, where you have to wait several minutes for the interface to unlock, since you were too lazy to look up how to rename files in Python)

But if you use it on a mod which has new music, then it'll spit out incorrect names.
Of course, I'm all for automization, but I don't understand why this is a task you would need to do more than once.

Oh, I see what you're saying. Still, it's helpful to have the file extension as .org, so Orgmaker can open it (or does orgmaker have a *.* option in its "open file" dialog? I forget...).
