As for the "Dorya" button, anyone that hasn't seen that thread won't know what the heck it means since it is a Japanese phrase. I would recommend either using the word "Huzzah", or rewriting the rest of the site in romaji (umm.. don't actually do this). Not to mention that labeling a submit button with a Japanese battlecry doesn't really work.

If the cave story ftp uses a database then I would recommend processing all user inputted string data with mysql_real_escape_string() and all user inputted whole numbers with intval(). That includes form fields, folder paths, and query strings. Always check both extensions AND mime types for all files that are uploaded.
