My only question is, did Quote choose to sleep in the First Cave or did G-CLONE throw him there? This seems like a bit of a contradiction in your theory. The rest of it seems irrefutable however

dan, have you considered the possibility of uranium influencing the development of any other NPCs in cave story? I think you may be onto something with that. does it have any relation to the red flowers?

thanks for notify, i see no laboratory that turn yellow and white flowers into red ones
i think red/white flowers and waterd with red liquid in last cave which i highly doubt it's blood from mimigas effected with the crown
