how do you do that with a android phone?
You don't. Trust me, I know.
Instead, use a computer. It doesn't have to be your own - I don't have a computer of my own either. You must wait and seize the opportunity when you get it. Going to the library, using the computer at a school or an internet café, or borrowing someone else's are examples of times you have to take the initiative and get tasks that are only able to be accomplished on a computer done before you have to leave it.
If the pictures/relevant files/whatever are on your phone, simply take along a charger. Many Android chargers (and most likely one of these came with your phone) have a detachable USB you can use to connect your Android to the comp and get access to your stuff. Do be careful to make sure you don't have a virus on it, ya? I don't think they'd like that.
If you don't always have a charger or don't feel like using it, get the Dropbox app. It will probably save your life. Actually, get Dropbox anyway, that might be a way of uploading that's more Android friendly.
Hope this helped a 'lil...
