I always believe that Chaco is a human who was transformed into mimiga by someone (mostly Misery) like Sue.
Hmm but I think she might be more mature than Sue (though it can be seemed in this pic). Due to the lipstick and those naughty actions, and her clear view.
I was planned to draw her as a young house wife but for unknown reason I didn't do so.
