Cave Story 3D - New Stuff List

I just got the Beast Fang! They changed the text for this version!

"You don't see anything.
How did you get the Beast Fang?"

and the description too:
"You're not supposed to find this.
How'd you do it?"

 

As far as I know, I have gotten 100% in Cave Story 3D (including the Alien Medal, etc.). Including the Life Capsules from inside the Blood Stained Sanctuary, I have 98 HP. I assume that the other +2 HP could be from returning Mr. Little to his home in the Outer Wall? That's the only thing that I haven't done and I'm pretty mad at myself.

 

Is the max HP in this game really 100? I have combed it from top to bottom, checked evey nook and cranny, talked to everyone, and I cannot get more than 98, 84 at prefab house before Hell. Yes, I got the one in the Labyrinth where Booster falls down, and the one next to the power room in Grasstown. Somehow I wouldn't be surprised if Nicalis miscounted and/or forgot to add a life capsule.
