Hey everyone happy Christmas Eve we're aware of what's happened with the source code so to keep this simple absolutely don't post it on the site or use it to make mods with (it's not particularly preferable toward this end anyway) and tread lightly in general until we see how this settles, thanks to all and have a great holiday season -DT

I like these a lot, Noxid! Especially the first one—I find that kind of surreal stuff intriguing and interesting and your execution of it is remarkable. The wonky skeleton doesn't really bother me because, hey, it's a mind-bending piece anyway, why should the skeleton need to be "perfect" (whatever that means)? I'm torn whether I want to see more of a scene with it or not; the way it is leaves plenty to the imagination, but additional scenery could provide additional context for interpretation.
Picture #2 is great, too. I think there's an air of something like sadness in it. Maybe it's just detachment. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the spacing and scaling of objects is very nice.
MaybeWerewolf = fierce. Something with the snout seems slightly off, but I'm not sure what. Maybe the curled up lips on the side but the relatively calm-looking front of the mouth? It's still good, nevertheless. Put a body on him with the same attention to detail and it could make for a real menacing character. Of course, you'd have to mix things up and make his personality that of a real softy just for irony's sake.
Oh Winds. If only I had been around to meet him firsthand.

Holy smokes, actual meaningful comments on something. It's difficult for me to convey the magnitude of my appreciation, so please accept this meager "Thank you!" as a token of it.
For the first one, the lack of context is indeed intentional. I have an idea of what it might be, but maybe you have a different idea. Maybe your idea is better! When I think of things like this originally they have little context in themselves, so if I added more beyond that it would start to become my conscious interpretation of the subconscious idea.
I agree that the balloon kitty is kind of sad. He looks down on the world below, powerless to stop his ascent and isolation from what was once home. The loosely hanging limbs suggest dejected acceptance of this fate.
The snout is not something am accustomed to drawing so it's sort of an experiment in expression. I think the gumline should perhaps have been visible at least across the front line of teeth.. Still, I think it turned out pretty good too. If only I could draw anything with any consistency...

Oh geez I didn't even see noxid's post. I can't really provide anything meaningful like mosaic, only that these are amazing and I literally laughed out loud at the mimgas being slathered.
You really have a knack for grotesque and dark themes too. You should draw more really hardcore and gorey doodles and then paste them on your math binder to let the kids know NOT TO MESS WITH YOU

Pretty much yeah.
Trying to learn how to work with fractal flames. 1920x1080 is the resolution I'm keeping it as, given that it took me ~40 minutes to do this render.
I rather like the solid feel of this one, so I'll have to go for some more tangible render methods rather than the typical light render.
