Are people allowed to be banned if they request to be?

This would not help me at all. The reason I waste all my time here is because of all the hilariously awesome things all of you guys post.

I've procrastinated pretty much every assignment I've had. Honestly, I can't name one that I didn't do on the last day/minute.
