I'm sure it's off of the community because its a website... So all the Internet users (like us) are going to be using it and feeding it with our well known internet characters...

It's the same reason why Cleverbot can (sometimes) sing Still Alive...



Though it maybe uses some other database searching thing as well... I don't know a community that would feed it information on Dr. Seuss.
