EDIT: By the way, how do you guys skip the Sisters / Never get the Missile Launcher? I thought to trigger that battle or to keep going is to open that treasure chest...(Which contains the Missile Launcher/Expansions)? Or don't tell me you can actually exit and skip the chest...-____-

You can walk out of the house after Jenka gets knocked down.

It stays with you till after the Toroko+ fight I believe. Somethin like that.

edit- It stays with you till the Toroko fight actually, it just disappears from your back once you go into the room.

 

Basically the idea is that if you can finish the game without getting a certain item then don't get it.

Still have the one-hit kill scenario to deal with.....

I disagree. Health Pot is extremely useful in a 3hp run against Misery to Undead Core part. A lot of stuff only does 1-2 damage there.

Misery's Bats (-2 I believe)
Misery's black circlely thingies (-2 again)
Doctor's Red Crystal (-1)
Misery's critters and bats in the undead core fight (-2)

Doc's red crystal can especially be abused to hurt him a lot by intentionally getting hit by it and spamming blade in his face while you're invincible

 

3hp minimal items:
No life capsules.
No extra items. The alien medal doesn't count, as it's unavoidable.
No extra weapons, meaning you don't get any weapons besides the fireball, blade, and polar star. Trading weapons is not allowed EVER.
No health pot. Using the health pot after getting the health pot doesn't count as never having it.

And normal minimal items is the same except you are allowed to get life capsules.
