umm anyone know how to edit the hermit gunsmith into a wizzard?

I know, I do that every time i use cave editor and I check remove pixel requirement too. ps WoodenRat is helping me make the mod and he downloaded it and is revamping some graphics so i'll post the new demo (just new graphics as far as I know) here as soon as I hes done. So i give him credit...

thx! I apriciate the feedback, and yeah the hermit gunsmith is supposed to be a wizzard but when I try to delete him from the map and put whatever else down it says error saving file. And each time the msg screen closes it's a different person talking. ps immah remove da password, but not right...

Yeah, I'm only on the demo so far but I've still learned a lot in that short amount of time.

For the demo the graphics are from regular cavestory except some npc's the mychar.pbm the faces and the weapons. ps i always uncheck read only and check remove pixel requirement but still wont work.

For the demo the first map is pretty much the same because whenever I try to edit the actual level (not script) it just says error in saving map. but in the full game there will be custom levels (because I'll pretty much start from scratch) and 3 or 4 levels that are the same.
