We know for a fact that Quote and the researchers (minus one) make it out of the island alive, but what about the people that were left on the island? The island falls down to the surface...and then what? Do they die? Or were there actually no casualties whatsoever? Most likely the latter since...

Doesn't she only die post-game? Her mother's description in the credits say "Stayed with her children, and mourned them both." So the two has to have reunited sooner or later.

Hey guys, I found something weird. In the top right of NpcMiza.pbm, you can see two versions of Human Sue. The one on the left shows Sue having light skin while the one on the right shows her having dark skin. So maybe the Undead Core theory is correct.
