Um, you do realise he holds no rights to the resolution, correct? Merely the sprites, not the settings in which they are displayed in. I mean, if he did, then that would mean he would hold it for everything else that uses similar resolutions. Do you see what I'm saying?

Technically, resolution is not a good enough reason to stop anyone from using a higher resolution mod. The only thing is to not use the CS Wii sprites in it. That's it. There's nothing else besides the inability to use the Wii sprites. And to be honest, I do believe we could do better than...

Well, for one thing, you're not using any of his stuff. You just upped the resolution, that's all. It could've been done long before the Wii release. I don't see the need to ask, since you haven't used any of his stuff. Resolution is hardly a good enough reason to stop this.

Wait, what? What do you mean? Noxid isn't doing anything wrong. He's just improved the resolution. I don't see anything wrong with that. He's not using anything from the wii version.

Um, no, he's simply hacked the PC version to increase the resolution and he is remaking the sprites to fit too it. He's not using anything from the Wii version, far as I can tell. (In other words, he's increased the resolution to match that of the Wii one while still using the PC version.)
