Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Question (opinion based) : say that I was to make a pokemon rom hack based off of your rivals side of the story from pokemon gold/silver/crystal. Would you prefer/find it better/like it using the base of a gba pokemon game or the original base of pokemon g/s/c. Note: please don't say which would be easier, that is what I don't care about, I don't mind building it from scratch in a gba. Just answer like, better, and prefer
