Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

I'm not very good with technicalities, buuuuut...
You mean a GIF in your Overview, right? If that's the case, go to
Edit My Profile>Profile Information>Edit my About Me
, and in the box that pops up, put in {img}GIF url here{/img}, with [ ] instead of { }, of course.
You probably know this, but you can obtain a GIF url by right-clicking the GIF and going to Properties.
