• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

    For anybody planning to play pokemon sword/shield: There seems to be a bug with autosaving that causes the game to crash and corrupt the data (including saves of other games) on the sd card. If you can, turn it off and wait for an update that fixes it.

    UPDATE: It seems that save data is fine after all, but the switch has a bad driver for exFAT-formatted sd cards. The issue with this has normally only been triggered with homebrew so far, but it seems it happens with s/s now as well.
    If your SD (if any) is formatted in FAT32, or you are playing the physical version of the game things should probably be fine.

    Honestly most of the disappointment came from the expectations I had after the previous games in the series regarding the amount of stuff there is to do

    I've heard that Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon is far better when it comes to post-game content, though the railroading problem is still there.

    Its been around since 2018, 2017 in japan and a switch release happend last week.
    I'm +40 hours in and its been very enjoyable so far, might actually become one of my fave rpgs.

    Started working on a small new mod, it will be in a level-based format just like vorC except nothing like the ending of that one. I'll try to make levels longer too, and perhaps will add a secret stage???

    Got myself a new PC last week for my gaming needs but I just cannot live with using my mouse (Though admittedly I may lack proper surfaces). For now I just cope with my drawing tablet and it works out pretty well.
    And no it doesn't matter to me if a mouse is better for gaming, I use controller and mainly play RPGs! :P

    There is a teleporter and MonsterX on one side of the rock, and the other, a futuristic base, many dead robots and an angry Core. Perhaps the boulder is recent, like the locked storehouse might have been. Seems possible that the countries of the earth tried to control/destroy the Core of the island, which backfired and made it aggressive. The storehouse blocked Misery & Balrog. Then, who is the boulder for?

    It would seem more than likely that Jenka has been around during all the reigns of demon crown wielders.
    I'm not sure if it was directly hinted that there have been wars or not, but if we assume there has been at least one then considering the amount of dead robots at the core it's possible that the boulder was there for any future invaders trying to stop the demon crown holder.

    After all, if a team of researchers is send to the island it's likely that people on the surface don't know *a lot* about the island. If their hunt for the demon crown leads them to the core all they'd know is that it's an hostile entity, and not the core keeping the island alive. The question begs though how they would get there without the teleporter in Arthur's room...
