I guess people use it as a way to say "I have no ideas" without actually saying that.

But, I've started to get some leeway and 've been getting back to work on it, finally.
Always better to do it on your own time when you feel like it than forcing it, though; but, sometimes, just working on it a bit can bring back that spirit of creativity that'll keep you up at odd ends of the night. {I should know}
I hope you'll get some free time and eventually get back on it, but right now, it's good enough to know you haven't given it up for dead
