Look, I can't really do this for you. There are a hundred guides all over the forums, lots of people have figured it out before. Even The Rootan could do it.

You don't need to delete (C)Pixel AND put it back on the bitmap.
And if you choose "" that means you can write the extension there yourself :x

okay ill tell you how i try to enable me to get use the raiden sheet:

1-i right click the spritesheet and choose save as and name it MyChar.pbm and select any file.

2-i download the hex editor xvi32.

3A-i use it and open up doukutsu and delete (C)Pixel

3B-i open up the raiden spritesheet (in pbm format) and create a new text string and write (C)Pixel on it.

4-i try to save but it forces me to click save as

5-i click save as and name it MyChar but then when im going to pick what file type in the lower bar i can only choose "" and .exe.

Well I don't know what else to say. You could always do it manually with a hex editor, there are guides on the forum to be found for that.

Another option is to add (C)Pixel to the end of the image file, also with a hex editor.
