Hm, it worked when I tested it down at the computer lab. I got like 2 or 3 running at once... I didn't receive any messages that said you were trying to connect. Maybe you made a typo? I copypasted it this time in case I did again, 131.202.214.46
Basically there's a folder called 'world' in the same directory as the minecraft server, and you just replace that with World1 or whatever and take off the number at the end of the name. My IP is 131.202.214.36 so give that a shot and see if it works?
I did some minecrafty stuff a little while ago. Made a bridge. If you want I can turn on my server thing n' you can look at it, but I can't run that and the game at the same time on one machine :[
