I feel that if AGTP may have any objections to me distributing english cave story in a patched format (since they distributed it as a patch) then I should find out firsthand. I know I am weird but bear with me. If they say it's fine then I'll add in the pre-patched download to the site.

Well I feel that those decisions on who becomes a mod/admin should not be influenced negatively or positively by someone's request to become a mod/admin. So I agree with the rule.
