Just wondering, can you get the best ending with the migma mask, or only the good one?

Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

You must forego the booster 2.0 to end with the Mimiga mask. Therefore, it follows that Hell would be impossible <and unreachable> and thus so would getting the best ending.

You can't enter Last Cave (Hidden) with the Mimiga Mask. You need the Medal of the Red Ogre to open the hole in the Prefab House. Makes me think that the Red Ogre guards Hell, and the Prefab House is it's entrance. Would go better in Theories, I know.

You actually don't need the clay figure medal to get to hell. All you need is the booster 2.0, and the Iron Bond. The clay figure is irrelevant.

In Cave Story 3D, using the glitch that merges a room and another rooms entities, you can manage to have both the Booster 2.0 and the Mimiga Mask in Hell.

But anyway, you wouldn't be able to do Hell with the Booster 0.8, so regardless of whether you can get to Hell, you can't go through it. And I am not aware of any mod that has a Booster 0.8-compatible Hell.

Okay, there's some sort of weird misconception going on that you can get into the prefab house with the migma mask.
You can't do that, the item checks are for Booster 2.0 and Iron Bond, without both of those, the door is closed.
You couldn't fudge the first room with the machine gun because you can't get into the first room at all.

cultr is talking about how the item checks in the script are for the Iron Bond AND the Booster 2.0, so even if you had the Machine Gun you wouldn't be able to get into the Prehab House.
