Best ending with Migma Mask?

Okay, there's some sort of weird misconception going on that you can get into the prefab house with the migma mask.

You can't do that, the item checks are for Booster 2.0 and Iron Bond, without both of those, the door is closed.
You couldn't fudge the first room with the machine gun because you can't get into the first room at all.

The only one who suggested it was possible was Tpcool who said it was possible via some glitch in Cave Story 3D. Nobody said it was possible in the original, Wiiware, DSI, or Cave Story+. Just in CS3D. Which doesn't actually surprise me that much, to be honest.
