I know that you posted on http://www.wctc.net/%7Eluvmimac/cavestory/ (back in 2017) that the patch wouldn't be maintained anymore but, I was wondering if you could look into it and see if an updated patch would be easy to make?

Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

I just wanted to say thank you for the Cave Story Mac English Translation Patch. Playing the game got me through some rough times. I just happened to check the Mac version download page (https://www.nakiwo.com/software.html) and it looks like brand-new versions were released for macOS Mojave (0.0.9) and for macOS Catalina (0.1.0).
Right now, I wish I had a magic lamp with unlimited wishes.
Status: Still working on the Text Box, understanding it better now. If Lunar Shadow taught me anything, simple shading really does make all the difference. Thanks, @Kim Tyranto, your mod continues to inspire me!

Let me clarify something: Gun v1 will have only 4 levels, the War Machine and the secret boss. The other bosses will be added In later updates.
Status: Two of the secret bosses have been done, though the third one is close to done. I'll also need to go back over the MyChar sprites and the War Machine sprites.
