Happy Anniversary Cave Story! You'll continue to be my favorite game and one of the only games I've completed more then once.

I think I've fixed all the links. I've fixed all the ones I know of, anyway. (EDIT: Nope, one last link left. The outdated TNO commentary.) (EDIT2: Completed.)

Welcome back!

I'm sure it is, the best thing I usually do in these situations is to try your best and get more information on either side of the topic, then make an evaluation about which side you think fits to your liking more.
I’m suddenly reminded of how much people on this forum have done to cheer me up or lift me from depression over the years. I know that some of those directly responsible will be on Skype or Discord, or otherwise not see this, but regardless. Thank you all, again. c:

Yeah, things are looking well! I guess I do have a lot of work to take care of for this upcoming Finals Week (whereeverythingsmadeupandthepointsdontmatter) but it definitely beats worrying about them all break. -w-

I'm glad to hear you're doing a lot better, I hope our stupid memes and joking arguments (actual or not) keep you smiling until the heat death of the universe!

Raw kindness and humanity makes me smile more than stupid memes, but occasionally those help, I suppose. :>
one question bout your org specs:
0x16 2 bytes Number of Notes*** 00 to 100

00 to 100? wouldn't 100 be 256?
OmegaFoxie
OmegaFoxie
oh, alright.
still, only 256 notes per track seems wrong. I'm pretty sure Org Maker allows for 4096 notes per track.

(unless the hex numbers in that column were actually little endian in which case they are probably right and I'm just a colossal retard, lol)

"in cases where I need to define a hex value, I will be ordering
from left to right. Keep in mind that the file itself stores these values
backwards, such that 7D0 would be the two-byte value D0 07 in the file."

I'm pretty sure in the spec sheet they're writing in big-endian (for good reason - it's more readable) but in the file it's little-endian since Pixel worked primarily on Windows in the early 2000s.

maybe they just missed a few zeros, idk lol.
