Why does noone tell me?

1. Why is the group function "disabled"?
2. Why aren't IP's not saved for every post anymore?

Who did this? And why didn't someone posted it?

Mmm, well, as for the group thing, there was actually a little debacle over this a while ago, I suppose you must have missed it. The albums were taken away too, and it was decided that while the groups were unneeded the albums should be brought back. I believe Shiro fixed it, and I think the perpetrator was never identified. Maybe forum magic.

As for IP, Well, there's no way for me to have known when that stopped working but I'd bet it was the same time as the albums and groups disappeared.

And MS would like it if everyone stopped blaming her, which was what happened to the entire fiasco. >.>;
I believe she was the one who restored the Albums, too.

I didn't blamed her >_>
I was just asking if she did it, because the other admins aren't active and she is the only one besides Shiro and SkyeWelse, who is able to do this.

That's exactly what everyone else thought, and she was getting tired of being the first person everyone thought about when a change happened...
Here's where the main conversation went on regarding the incident.
Like Noxid said, no one's sure who did it, and no one's stepped fourth.

I.P. tracking is kind of useful/important for identification purposes.

 

You can search and compare IP addresses from the AdminCP/ModCP quite easily.

Yeah but at the moment IPs for individual posts are disabled.
