If Cave Story were an anime I can totally imagine her having Lust's voice from FMA English dub. They even look quite similar actually, and they might be equally busty as well.

Almalexia, I'm not really sure where she is, but I've heard her voice, and she IS actually a God of the holy Tribunal of Morrowind. (Vivec, Almalexia, Sotha Sil.)

[offtopic]If your personality is high enough in Morrowind, people will say really nice things to you as you walk by them. Most of these compliments are quite long-winded. If you can one-hit kill someone, you should run up to a random civilian and stab them while they're talking to you. Since they're already saying something, their attacking line wont interrupt their greeting line, and they'll be praising you as they fall to the ground, dead.[/offtopic]
But I don't think I'd ever consider Misery sexy if she sounded like a High Elf. I'd have a lot more fun owning her in the Throne Room, but it just wouldn't be the same. I still think she ought to sound like a Dark Elf, actually.

Bethesda doesn't spend a lot of time worrying about faces. You can tell because 99% of the people in all 4 Elder Scrolls games are friggin ugly.
So, back to who's sexy in Cave Story... Balrog. I'd hit that.
