Well, I loved the mod Sue Story, and welp, i think that pixel should make his own official Sue Story to tell us all what happened officially.

Pretty sure he does. Nicalis most likely just owns the right for porting it or something.

You'd have a better chance getting Nintendo to let you post a video with a second of footage from one of their games in without the Nintendo Network license.

1. Nintendo are historically rather gratuitous in who they give copyright strikes to
2. Google it
3. Refer to 1
4. Copyright strike and video taken down or audio removed if it was just a song, I believe you can get it back by applying with Nintendo
5. I think the puppies should get their own game. Just something nice and sweet to let people feel good for a bit.

I've uploaded footage of Nintendo games and so far when it comes to copyrighted media from them, all they've done is allow me to have the videos as long as they put ads on them.

I'd love to see Misery in her own game too! In my opinion the charakter has a lot of potential for a standalone. But to be honest, I would love any new Cave Story game :D

If anyone watches MXRs Mod Spotlights, you know Ma Pignon made it outside of CS ^^
