Where is Doukutsu Monogatari now?

One of the main reasons I joined this forum was because I was really curious where Doukutsu is now and I wanted to know if he is working on something new, you guys sounded like the right experts so I was thinking you might know, thanks :3

 

afaict they're in Tokyo, Japan and are working on such titles as Akai Katana Shin, Ketsui: Kizuna Jigoku Tachi Extra and Do-Don-Pachi Saidaioujou
Not sure why you'd use the japanese word for their name though

 

Doukutsu Monogatari is the name of Cave Story in Japanese. Pixel created Cave Story.

By the way, Noxid, that post cracked me up.

Pixel is currently working on Gero Blaster which looks amazesome

Cave Co. are now either winding down or planning how to further poison the shooter genre before they run out of money

 

Oh wow, gero blaster really looks like a good follow up for cave story, do you think there will a forum for that too or are we just sticking with this?

 

Pretty sure this dump is like the hub for all things Pixel, if he makes it there's at least a bunch of threads for it
