1) http://www.cavestory.org/forums/members/2667/ unless you're referring to your user title / donut in which case you can't
2) you can't
3) you shouldn't ask for help about the forums in any old random thread, that's rude or something and sets the thread offtopic. If you need help post a question in the appropriate subforum or send a message to a staff member.
