what is malco and how did he make the boom from simple ingredients

it's not possible to make the boom from gum base charcoal and jellyfish
i think that malco use it to house the boom that he extract from his body (dragon ball z reference )
because one of his kind explode in the credits
and he is very panic robot
also i think thier kind of robots is responsible to manage the terminals in the egg corridor and that what made some of the eggs don't hatch correctly

 

I think this is how he made the bomb. I have no idea about the Jellyfish Juice, though

• Charcoal burns. Maybe Malco turned the charcoal into the fuse?
• Gum Base is probably very sticky, so he could be using it as an adhesive to hold it all together.

 

1. We cannot know what the jellyfish juice is made of. These are in no way equivalent to jellyfish on Earth. The damn things float in the air and have teeth.
2. I think it is silly to presume that those 3 things were all that was required to make the bomb, rather than the few things Malco didn't already have on hand. You can clearly see a metal casing in the item image for instance.
3. Malco is a security robot.
4. Igor and his master were the only ones taking care of the Egg Corridor not long before the events of CS, and then Igor's master died and Igor later found some red flowers.
5. I doubt that any of the robots on this island have been serviced in 10 years, so of course some would experience faults.
