Updated Cave Story Deluxe file size

I am fixing to install CS, and see that the CS Deluxe Package (Updated) is one_tenth the file size of
the Old Cave Story Deluxe package.
Am I missing something?

i'm guessing it used to contain MP3's, which would account for most of the size
