Haven't tried it yet, but this is exactly what I was hoping to come out one day! Thank you very much, keeping track of my flags will now be so much easier.

You can also use this to take notes during class and keep track of your reminders.

The flag number can have any alphanumerics as well as spaces, and the description can be a text value of any arbitrary length.

Do you have Java installed
I was about 90% sure I did, as I was able to run java-driven apps (to my knowledge). I just installed it and it works now, thanks. I am baffled as to how I didn't have it installed, I swear I remember doing it on the first day I used my Laptop...

Yes, you can put this on the Cave Story Tribute Site. This is certainly fine with me.

Also, if you are having issues finding Java, then what you need to do is this:

Read the HTML file MintGuide.html
Use your web browser to do this. You do not need Internet access because the file is already on your computer.
Go through the first couple of pages, and there should be a page telling you how to set up Java correctly.

EDIT: Oh wait, you reinstalled Java and it works? That is really weird.

Definitely going to get this, it looks really useful, flags are the most annoying part about modding, for me.

Thanks. I am working on an interesting project known as ASUNA - Autonomous System for Understanding Natural Actions.

So natural language processing will be installed soon. Therefore, you can just say "In my mod, flags 5300 through 5315 are for binary counting". ASUNA will remember that. If you ask "what is flag 5302 used for again?", ASUNA should be able to tell you, "That's the third most significant bit of your (apparently) 16-bit binary counter for TSC. With 16 bits, you can hold whole numbers from 0 to 65535, assuming no negative representations. Look on Wikipedia to learn more about this stuff."

You should also be able to tell ASUNA to do very simple automated tasks, such as download the latest version of Booster's Lab, or get the statistics and parameters of a certain Organya file on your disk. All you have to do is type in English words. No programming required! This concept is sort-of like Apple Siri and English voice processing.

Well, it can pass the Turing test. For about 20 seconds.

It's okay Asuna, your dad'll help you out :3

Definitely very interesting, Carrotlord. Keep at it! :D

Improved natural English language parser:

diph.php

This is real code, and as soon as I get the vocabulary to stop acting weird, you will be able to save flags, reminders, and more just by typing in free-flowing sentences of related words.
