Here's some tips:

1.This title makes you seem so mature.
2.SPOILERALERT Quote can only jump 3 blocks high.
3.This level design is cancer.
4.Original story is required for everything.
5.Even my first mod wasn't as bad as this.

I honestly wish you luck for your future in modding.

No one's perfect, don't expect someone's first mod to be okay. So what if your first mod's better than his, no one asked you if your first mod was better 1. and 2. Everything said here has been done and said so let's give him some slack and hope the mod is better in later updates.
And these aren't tips but more like your way of telling this mod sucks.

Where does it say it because if its on the top bar it should say Poop Story ~ Doukutsu Monogatari

I like the change that is the first cave. Just 2 minor problems of mine.

You need to make the place look more organic to immerse the player in your mod/world, that's part of what makes a mod good. Take a look at a mod called Lost Land, a sequel-ish game made by Carrot Lord (Fantastic mod), and part of what it makes a good mod in my eyes is the fact that every place in the game looks organic. It doesn't look like someone edited the island on an editor, no, it looks like stuff's been going on since Quote left the island.

Another thing is the backwards spike, I'm not sure if you added it on purpose or not, but if it's on purpose, you can't do that again. And say for god knows the reason someone wants to go back to start point to save or heal or else what, they shouldn't harm themselves in the process to get up there. And if it's there on purpose, you pretty much created the same problem the first First Cave had.

Reservoir; I don't why you put a death spike in front of the spot you jump into, just, I don't get it.

Otherwise nothing else to comment on here. Good job can't wait to see later updates.

Here's a word of advice.

TEST YOUR MOD BEFORE YOU RELEASE A DEMO!!!!!

Seriously! If you test your mod, you'll spot issues with TSC and tiling before people have a chance to complain about them.

Also, when ColdCallerloppy says "make the maps more 'organic'", he means use the little extra detail-adding tiles so that the whole world isn't a bunch of sharp, ugly squares.

No. There are not enough words in every launguage ever to express how much "No." is emitting from all of the stars, planets, and comets in the universe right now. This mod makes the Universe emit so much "No." that I want to drink a gallon of Sprite with salt. First, why did you name this mod POOP STORY? It seems like a medical mystery. Second, you decided that Misery cursing some random dude named Bob for no reason (being "Dumped xdd" is not a good reason) is a good plot? I'm sorry but I cannot even download this game without my aneurism levels reaching maximum capacity.
