The symbol on the demon crown?

I love CS+ but when playing it I noctied that the doctor's new face spirte (the face shown in the text boxes), I saw on the demon corwns left side there was dragon-ish like symbol.I have no idea what it is but i wondered about it and couldn't figure it out does anyone have a good reason for this? thx

Maybe Pixel just thought it would look nice, because I don't see any relation between the Demon Crown and Dragons in the original game.

Probably just decoration. Prior to reading up on the game after playing it I might be inclined to put forth the theory that it has to do with the Flying Dragons in Egg Corridor, but that was an entirely different scientist that Igor had apparently been helping a while back that died of old age.

 

Hmm... maybe the doctor had some connection to the dragons on the island. The dragon corridor exploded for a mysterious reason (the doc or his henchman might have done it?). It's more than a coincidence.

Hmm, I thought that the Doctor was Igor's master. Since Igor was an enraged mimiga and the Doctor commanded those.

 

Nope, Igor still had his self control and all that. He just used the Red Flowers to make himself able to defend the eggs once his old scientist friend had died.
