I'm not much for this kind of thing, but I'll give it a shot. Also, I edited my last post.

Felix: I'll admit, Megami-Chan and I did not meet on the best of terms. To be honest, our party's relationship with faeries in general has been... Well, we'll call it a strained friendship.
However, Megami and I have falllen in love. We get along well, and the size difference is no issue to us, no matter WHAT some of our party says.

But I digress. I believe that the love Megami-Chan and I share could be, if you let it be, at least a small step toward a more diplomatic, peaceful coexistence between the faeries and humans of this area. I believe that such a peace would be a benefit to all.

 

"That must be quite touching, from a human's point of view. However, you've said that you've had a 'strained relationship" with fairies. I'm not stupid, humans. We've heard about a merry human group killing our dark fairies for cake. You are not fit to be with one of us. Peace? We won't find that from you. We are taking her to be tried."
Bad choice of words. There may only be one option to save Megami-Chan.

 

Addendum: And don't tell the elves... but fairies are my favourite kind of magical creatures. ^^

have some questions about the mechanics of the Attract spell.

Felix: I won't try to decieve you, we were that group. But it's not as simple as a merry band of murderers.

We didn't do it for the cake. We did it because it was a quest.

We're adventurers. It was our first chance to have a purpose, a story. Before that, we had only wandered around, fighting. All we were was names on paper, with a few numbers written down about our characteristics. But then a villager came along and offered to change all that. He offered us a quest. A reason. We could not resist, it was a chance to be MORE than just stats written on paper.
Does that make what we did acceptable? Of course not. I regret the death of each of those faeries, every moment of every day.
Megami helped us realize that horrible mistake. And you want to put her on trial for that? I'd say she deserves a fucking award.

 

Only works in battle, against mobs.

 

Orange notices an injured fairy in the crowd. Slowly, he makes his way over. The fairies are very tense and confused, but Orange heals the fairy for 20.9 health! The fairy starts to walk fly without a limp stagger(?).

 

"You can't seduce me with your magic! We are the magical beings that created magic. Just because you can heal a fairy by a small amount, doesn't mean you are powerful.
Not to be pushy; I'm just a narrator, but she's walking away, and you don't really have much time left.

 

*Looks at Felix*
"She's yo gf, bro! Yew gotta get dat!"

 

Felix: True. If power is all you crave from friends, then you have no reason to form a truce with us. I believe my associate was, however, doing what little we humans human can do to express compassion.

"Ugh. All that 'purpose' crap? Are you serious? You are just humans, being the ruthless slaughterers you are.
And don't tell me that not everyone's like that. You clearly showed how wrong that is as you killed everything you came across. You didn't even bother to think about where it came from before it was dead.
Now don't follow us. If you lay a finger on any of us, Megami gets the blow."

 

Felix: It is crap. And Megami helped us all to see the error of those ways.

You accuse us of mindless murder, but you would kill one of your own just to prevent us from rescuing her? And you plan to convict her based on her own emotions? What makes your judgement any better than Megami's? What gives you any more right than we had back then, in our ignorance?

Not to mention that Megami is indeed one of your kind and was taught by your elders. Would neglecting her views on the matter not be the same as neglecting your own? Let her speak of what she knows of us humans. She will surely convince you that we are friends among the fairies, not enemies!

*pulls out paper, begins writing*

"We're gonna sneak in later and do something about it. Either we'll skew the trial and get her to go free, by using Attract on any of the relevant faeries, who are totally still mobs, even if we're talking to 'em. Them having a crush on me should make it easy enough to get their help.

Or, if that doesn't work, we'll just bust her out, while we're in there."

I... I was planning to hang it somewhere highly visible, rather than just use it as notes to tell people. So it seems important to have some background information, and to give your words the proper credit.

In any case, it doesn't matter. *burns the paper.* Farewell, your majesty.

 

"How nice of you to say such words about me. Your speech is quite sophisticated; may I see your writing style?" With a glimmer in her eye, she seems to know more than she should.
