Chrome's been a whiny little bitch lately; it just outright refuses to let you download where before you could still download it if you wanted to. Does anyone know any ways to work around this blocker?

press ctrl-j to go into the downloads list; you can then force it to complete by pressing some such button.

You can also disable a safety feature in the settings menu or something like that.
