Smilies

One thing that bugs me about the similies right now is that they all have those annoying anti-alias halos. You should get rid of the anti-aliasing, and have them just have rough edges, so there wouldn't be the halos.

 

Yeah, not sure what you mean, but I think we should get some new cooler smilies.

 

There were these weapon-like icons originally in place of 4 of the smilies (The Page, Thumbs Up, Arrow, & Exclamation Sign) but they vanished when the upgrade occured.

You can see one of them (The Page replacement) in the upper left corner of my Dimenofff mockup, but that's the only one I saved... They gave this forum some diversity, but unless I knew the source they came from, only the original Admins can possibly find them.

I'm probably outnumbered by who doesn't want them back, but it'd solve part of the problem here, wouldn't it?

Yeah, a new set would be a lot better then just upgrading the ones we already have.
