It IS you'r sprite sheet,you can fix it if you want to.
Don't feel like i'm begging for having it fixed :l
I just wanted you to know he had a open eyes sprite.
But then again its only 4 pixel of difference it doesn't matter.

so, why don't play then: an sufacerobot, one dog, a bat, ore Quotes Shadow...?
MABY: then super Mario, Princes Peach, or anoter one???
But, that you must do, to play with one of this charakters:
ever other the name of the file to:
MyChar
and copy it in the data file of your CaveStory game.
here are a few ones:
MyCharrobo.zip (play as the Surface robot in eggcoridor

Just finished this one: It's a mimiga who is also a hardboiled detective!
What do you think?

Pretty good.
I got bored, so I did this. The <EQ+0064 version (commonly referred to as "Mimiga Mask version" because it's easier to remember) is just its illusion that wore off. I read somewhere that when a Bute dies that some illusion wears off and that the green version is how it really looks like.

This mod is a simple retexture of the default character. This mod is basically Pikachu in Qoute's clothes and does not have any impact on the normal gameplay. This mod is made for pokemon fans and is very easy to install/change in the Cave Story+ folder. This sprite will only work on normal mode and the hard and easy mode sprites will be normal and the same.

~~Installation Instructions~~
1) Go to your PC storage there will be a couple of folders
2) Click on Program Files (x86)
3) Find Steam or search for it in the search bar
4) Once on the Steam folder click on Steam Apps
5) In the Steam Apps folder there will be Cave Story+
6) Once in the Cave Story+ folder click on the Data folder and then click on the Base folder
7) Scroll down and delete the MyChar.bmp and rename the PikachChar.bmp to MyChar.bmp
8) Drag the MyChar.bmp into the base folder
9) Load up Cave Story+
10) Done!

All right, like Liam said, giving that bitmap image to us in its current state is illegal because it contains NICALiS' graphics. In order to legally distribute this, you'd need to either just give us the part that has the pikachu edit, or use plus porter and package that edit into a mod made in Plus Porter. This is what it should be like if you go the Plus Porter route.
Now, in your defense, judging by the fact that your spritesheet had some chunks taken out of it (and that those patterns look very familiar), it seems like you might have tried to use Plus Porter to filter that image, albeit with an earlier version. If that is the case, then I apologize for any inconvenience. Some earlier versions (0.6.0.0 and 0.7.0.0) of Plus Porter had an error where it would fail to complete the graphics filtering process on some images. This was fixed in a release that I made yesterday (version 0.7.1.1).
