The game itself says it only increases the Machine Gun's replenish rate.
Did you actually time the Bubbler, before and after grabbing the Turbocharge, on the same level, and compared it to come to this conclusion; or do you just think it seems faster?

I just went through the Labyrinth. I had the MC and the Bubbler. Both were fully upgraded. Only the MC recharged faster afterward. When the Bubbler is at level 2 or 3, it recharges at the same (it looks like) rate as the Turbocharged Machine Gun.
PROBLEM SOLVED. LET US NOT RESORT TO NAME-CALLING ANY LONGER.

Well, to be blunt, I looked on the tribute site, and the bubbler is the same speed for lvs 2 + 3, the turbocharge IS ONLY EFFECTIVE on the MG, and it allows you an almost endless supply of energy, I have a rapid fire finger, so I still manage to empty the thingy after about a minute (test), or by holding the fire button down, it will not recharge. Same with the bubbler.

HOLD ON A SECOND. I had the machine gun so I HAD the turbocharge, but i never had the bubbler with ME in the labyrinth. Plus i HAD a gun to get the Jellyfish Juice.

Hey, i just found something out! If you go into the grasstown hut and take the Missile Expanitor, Ravil will appear, right? You can get to the door and leave without having to beat him!
