Searching For Spring

After going up the mountain, examine surroundings for anything of interest. Drop a bomb.

 

You head up the mountain. You hear rustling in the top of the trees.

As you cast your bomb beside one of the trees, you see that cards are floating all around you and are rapidly spinning outwards, creating a shielding kaleidoscope all around you. It passes through the trees, but someone yells in pain and after the cards disappear, they fall to the ground.

You examine the bomb. You understand it as "Kaleidoscope Sign | Spherical Flatter".

 

head over in direction of the screaming and put presumably deceased person in inventory to get rid of any evidence

 

You attempt to put the PRESUMABLY DECEASED PERSON in your inventory. You do not have enough space in your backpack.

You examine the person. The person is a SHE, but at the same time she looks like an insect? A human personification of a firefly, perhaps.

They get up. "What the heck do you think you're doing?!"

You attempt to leave, but she stops you. "And you just LEAVE??? Why don't you take responsibility, you brat?"

 

You stab yourself to avoid taking responsibility.

 

Attempt to aggressively hug the strange person.

 

Ask her name, I have to confirm this

 

Say "I hear random voices from the internet".

 

Apologize to the buglady and explain that you don't really know where you are or who to expect to run into, and you are overwhelmingly wary of danger. You need an ally at a time like this, or at least an explanation.

 

Moreover, ask if she's alright.

There is nothing to stab yourself with. You agressively start hugging the girl, asking her name. "H-h-huh?? What are you doing!?". You say "I hear random voices from the internet!"

You then back off. "I apologize. I don't really know where I am or who I'm going to run into. You seem to be timid and cautious for danger. You need an ally or an explanation for a time like this."

She just stares at you.

You explain about how the winter is still here when spring should have came a month before. You tell her that you are on a quest to find the three who have gone off to solve the problem.

"Oh, yeah. Now I get it. I had to hide so much because it's so cold out. No one knows what's going on, really.

I'm Wriggle. Nice to meet you, I guess."
