Sandaime

So I was just being entranced by the "old vs new" sprite shifting going on on the Characters page of the fansite, and Sandaime's caught my eye, as he goes from a very plain flat-faced thing to a nicely detailed sprite of an adorable little lounging Mimiga. (also of note is Chaco just below him who appears to go from wearing a blue shirt to either a two-piece swimsuit or one of those skimpy hillbilly girl getups..)
It kind of got me thinking about him as a character for the first time in my life. Up till now, I considered him just some expendable and forgettable NPC but when I remembered that we have a theories forum here I thought I'd try and mold some reason to consider this guy, to at least justify his existence.

So, there's the fact that -- with knowing Naruto lore helping me for the first and probably last time in my life -- Sandaime means "the third", or just "Third". We know King's "number one" and Jack's "number two", so this would make it seem as if Sandaime's "number three". I suppose looking over the village's food source would be a pretty important job, huh? And on that note, I'm reminded that Sandaime is never seen or even spoken of again after the Mimigas are taken from their village--just like Jack. In fact, Jack and Sandaime are the only two that happens to.. elimination of anyone even in line to be leader?

Then you gotta think about the Beast Fang, and how it may well have given Sandaime more of a character, or at least a little dialogue, had its "quest" existed in the game considering you find it on the same map as him.

Any thoughts? Any radically out-there but regardless fun-to-read ideas?

Because, you know, that's one thing firgured out. Though I though Jack was in the prison with Sue and Mahin, if you look in their cell before getting captured.

That might just be Igor revived, since although you defeated him, there's no sure way to know that he's dead.

The only confirmed death in the game is Toroko's, really.

He's in the prison you get tossed in when paying a visit in Plantation. You gotta go there before getting thrown in.
