I just discovered how to get lots of HP in Sacred Grounds.
When you jump down after B2 to B3 you'll see two hearts.
If you after taking those hearts jump up to B2 and then down they will appear again.
If you do this many times you'll get full health. :p
This is probably not much useful for speed runners as it takes quite long time.

I've done that almost every time I got that far in Hell.

And then I usually die at the Heavy Press.

It's an obvious consequence: you can return to B2, and everything just respawns.

But, see, if you're going for speed...

I never really used that, it seemed redundant since I had sufficient health anyway. If your going for speed, definately avoid this. However, if it's your first time through, I can see it being helpful.

That's because there wasn't a flag that was set such that the Heart sprites would "Become invisible if flag is set", which means that it would respawn everytime you leave and enter the map, or, in other words, reload the map.

You have a point there.

@Odin: Read the rules next time.

At least post something with a point. "I didn't know that" would probably be considered spam.

Btw this trick ain't that helpful since you won't really lose much hp in B3, except in the section after the Rollings where you have an arrowfest. But do it slowly and you won't die. But that kills the purpose of avoiding the trick - for speed so I suggest you just ignore this post but that would be considered spam but what's wrong with writing a bit of essay after excelling in exam at school but hey that's just my opinion on the definition of spam that this post ain't a spam but I think I'm writing too much and on an offtopic side note it's a shame for me to do badly in my mother tongue language's essay while doing great for English essay but well I am using English right now, a broken one, but nevertheless it sucks since it's jumbled up and it's still an unfinished sentence and it definitely lost the point it originally conveyed not so long ago, which was maybe <omitted> which was the time taken to type this barrage of meaningless letters which is not displayed to avoid others knowing how slow I type which is done just for the sake of confidentiality, if that word ever exists and so I think I am taking a nap as this stupid SENTENCE which is how many words long I don't know and that concludes my disregard for English grammar and vocabulary if anyone ever understands just drained my will to even think of anything smart, so I hope you get the point from that ridiculously longly described.... point.

Cya guys.
