Regions of Piramidos! (A game i'll make in a couple of years.)

Hello Everyone on this fine forum! I am t3h1337n3rd and the other creator of the game that Mevon is/was talking about. Now let's just get a few things straight with this game. We are still in the process of planning everything out. The main story of the game is sort of there, but there's still little holes that need to be filled. The overall look of the game is still being planned out. And we're still discussing how the game should be played (RTS or FPS or both.. etc So hold your horses and don't be a dick about anything, saying it'll be a few months until the game actually begins to become a game. We still have to learn how to use Unity or whatever it is we're going to be using. Not to mention Mevon's computer is.. well. Let's just say, I pile of shit runs better. So I'm sure Mevon will keep you posted on things as we get them going. And I'll come on here at some point as well. Thank you for your support!

So far all you've talked about was the gameplay elements, but I'm a little curious. Can you give us any hints regarding the story?

 

Umm.. You land on an island and you must figure out who the fuck you are. That's VERY basically it.

No. This isn't Pokémon, it's Regions of Piramidos. Don't go with a stupid cliché for your story, be original!

 

S/he should want to become the next Hokage

 

Try adding some "theoretical whatnot", just a suggestion. Or so. Science!

Another idea I/We had is that the main character was exiled from is previous home and lands on this mysterious island/country. While he's there, he tries to make himself into something. Something important and someone that people want to follow.

 

Ok everyone calm the fuck down. First I want to do a few things. The story is a bit like LoZ. You go from temple to temple restoring items from the past which leads to conquering each region. Blah blah blah. The end. Happy? I wanna figure out on how are we going to make the game fun, simple, and great!

We have the story down (sort of) but a big thing that needs to be worked out is how playable the game will be and how fun it will be.

 

Any graphics? Concept art?

 

Not yet.. That's mainly my job and I've been busy with school stuff. This summer is when things will really start to happen. Hopefully we'll have everything all ready to go and production will begin in June-ish. Hopefully.

Well that's good. I suppose I can try to work on some art this weekend. Don't know how much I'll do though. Or how much I CAN do.
