Found some more things to note:
EDIT:About the crash I mentioned earlier:
• Balrog might move like a pixel to the left when talking to him from the left(at least, this happend to me when I came to him with a card key).
• If you defeat a fish underwater, and then fight another one before the blue flash effect is over, the effect lasts through the fight, not really a problem though as it just means the battle background is just in the flash's color.
• The burger sprite has a red pixel in the bottom right corner.
• In the description for magic bubbles, the magic clam is written as magic claim.
• The chest containing a soda "can" that is found after defeating the corrupted shopkeeper says you obtain more than one soda "can", but you only obtain one.

The third burger use doesn't crash in NG+, but it still does in my Hard mode file, so yeah, I hope that helps finding the issue.

On NG+, if you elect to CUT the puppet strings, you're entered into a battle that "You're f--ked." However the bug is that ??? can still fight (party carryover), just one blow to monster called "You" can actually "win" that battle and you move around slowly without animation but can repeat the same script if trying to leave Twilight. The same script moves the fallen followers, the real Debug Cat re-appears and re-strikes them with lightning, and given the option to CUT or DO NOT again.

If I'm not mistaken, you need to activate the switches in Rave Fortress first and then you can cross over.

After getting the three gifts from the burger, it drops me right next to the 12 burgers sign. I try progressing back to that point and the area is blocked off by a glitch. http://puu.sh/oy05C/1b267aac81.jpg

Fixed the issue.
Someone just needs to shoot me already because the amount of times I've left game breaking dev stuff in the game is getting ridiculous.
For the record the Burger secret is intended to be found on Hardmode and not just be accessible for free on every single game mode.
