6/10 It describes GTA2 pretty well, but I don't remember it being in the game anywhere. Also, the shuffle feel feels like it could have been directly ripped from "The Hey Song" and sped up 30-40 bpm.

I'm not sure if this belongs in this thread or the other general "Rate the Music" thread, but it seems like it might work here:
