Use the map system in curlys room(the room other room in the building you fight curly in) and you will see you can jump in a point in the roof, navigate through the roof until you drop into the right side of the wall and then press Down to get them

The mimiga in mimiga village mostly just eat flowers. The mimiga in plantation can find plenty of fish.

And I have just pointed out a major point for the Mimiga to Rabbit Comparison Debate. Rabbits don't eat fish.

I am sooooo close to proving that mimiga have absolutely no relation to rabbits (beside appearances of course).
