Why do comic book movies suck so much?

 

Because the directors don't just want to make the comic into moving pictures, they want to make their own movie, and in the process they lose most of what made the comic good.
That and they know making a comic book into a movie will get them loads of cash so they rush through it and wait for the money to pour in from all sides.
But isn't that all obvious?
