Re: Pxtone updates

Can anybody tell me what the changes are, or if the filespec has changed any?

The latest Pxtone project was updated from 9.1.7 to 9.1.8 from the Pixel Pxtone site. For added convenience, new versions will be copied to the top of the first post and edited to reflect the current latest version. While 9.1.7 may still be available, please try the new version.

Can anybody tell me what the changes are, or if the filespec has changed any?
Anybody who knows Japanese and very good English translation can post a translated reply here. I always use Google translator but it doesn't translate very well.

I will check at any time an update occurs and make a new post to bump.

I know that in this update, as said in Pixel's website, that this update has a cool new volume control slider in the Player window (as seen below)

0.9.2.2 is out now! with an awesome new feature -

Sound is now to be played on your MIDI keyboard.
Please see the accompanying text.
(v.0.9.1.9 there was a bug, such as shifts the pitch ..)
The main changes
-Was a sound to be played on your MIDI keyboard.
• We also apply the pronunciation of driving volume player.
So basically if you have a digital keyboard with a midi out, you can plug it into your computer and play DIRECTLY TO PXTONE :00

What type of lead do you need to do that?

Probably a MIDI cable I'd assume.

Yeah that's what you use. Computers generally don't have midi ports on them...

Wouldn't surprise me if they used to have them at one point. A large number of different port types dropped out of standard use upon the popularisation of the USB standard. Lets be honest, if you were a sound card manufacturer in this day and age would you waste money installing a midi port that almost no-one would ever use?

The link to the latest Pxtone version at the Tribute Site must be fixed as 9.2.2 is no longer available. Also, for even more added convenience, the current version is in the Topic Title (thanks, IP.Board), so now I don't have to make future bumps. Everyone can just look at the Topic Title and the First Post.
